Hitor-Petroleum - Special Environment Workover Rig

The Desert Workover Rig

This workover rig is designed and manufactured in accordance with API Spec Q1, 4F, 7k, 8C and technical standards of RP500, GB3826.1, GB3836.2, GB7258, SY5202 as well as "3C" compulsory standard.

The whole rig structure is compact and highly integrated, which requires a smaller working site. A good and reasonable assembly of CATERPILLAR engine and ALLISON transmission box can supply high driving efficiency and increase safe performance.

The substructure is heavy-duty 8x8 normally --drive with a hydraulic steering system /desert tires and an anti-sand filter. Diesel engine is equipped with sand-proof filter and canopy, so that the workover rig can move and work in desert conditions.

An inner-circulated forced water cooling system can insure the drawworks works well under a high-temperature condition.

The compound box for rotary table has a function of forward-reverse shift, which can be suitable for DP's rotary operations. The anti-torque release device can be used to release the deformation energy of the DP safely.

The mast is front-open type and double- section structure, which can be telescoped, raised and extended hydraulically.

The drill floor is twin-body telescopic type or parallelogram structure, which is convenient for installation and transportation. The dimension and height of the drill floor can be designed according to the user's requirements. Safety and inspection measures are strengthened under the guidance of the design concept of "Humanism Above All" to meet the requirements of HSE.





Swamp Workover Rig

This workover rig is designed and manufactured in accordance with API Spec Q1, 4F, 7k, 8C and technical standards of RP500,GB3826.1, GB3836.2 GB7258,SY5202 as well as "3C" compulary standard.

The whole unit is compact and has a high working efficiency with a transmission mode of hydraulic+ mechanical transmission way.

The self-made 6×6 cruise substructure is used on the workover rig for quick movement under the environment of shoal and swamp.

The mast is front--open type and with single-section or double- section structure, which can be telescoped, raised and extended hydraulically or mechanically.



The Slant-Well Workover Rigs

This kind of workover rigs are designed and manufactured in accordance with API Spec Q1, 4F, 7k, 8C and technical standards of RP500, GB3826.1, GB3836.2 GB7258,SY5202 as well as "3C" compulsory standard.

The slant-well workover rigs can be applied for the service and workover operations to the slant wells of oil, gas and water with the slant degree of 45°〜80, less than 1500m deep.

The substructure is heavy-duty 8x4 normally -drive, which has a good cross-country performance with hydraulic steering system.

The whole unit is compact and has a reasonable assembly of Caterpillar engine and Allison transmission box, which can insure a calm and reliable transmission and a higher working efficiency.

The whole unit with the function of non-step adjustable speeds can be moved horizontally and longitudinally to have the wellhead centralized.

These workover rigs also can be used for slant-well drillings after a power swivel is fitted on it.

The pipe rack and light-duty working platform can be telescoped hydraulically and locked mechanically and safely.

Safety and inspection measures are strengthened under the guidance of the design concept of "Humanism Above All" to meet the requirements of HSE.
