A reasonable assembly of Caterpillar engine and Allison hydraulic transmission box can insure safety. The offshore workover rigs can be driven by VFD or SCR, which has a high driving efficiency and are easy to control.
The derrick is erective and front open, which can be structured with two sections or with T-type or telescopic multi sections without ropes for fixing. The effective height of the derrick is 29m,31m and 33m.
According to the finite element structure analysis, the whole unit can fully meet the customer's requirements of wind-resistance and anti-vibration capabilities
The surface of structural parts is treated with sand blasting, spray-painting baked painting, spray-aluminum and spray-zinc to meet the requirements of ocean environment and climate.
The rotary equipment, solid-control equipment and well-control equipment are equipped to meet the requirements of drilling and workover operations. The whole unit can be moved horizontally and longitudinally to meet cluster-well operation requirements.
