Shengli Oil Field Highland Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded in July 1992, and it has 7 manufacturing plants which contain 176 acres with fixed assets over 37 million USD. The company consists of Administration Department, Business Management Department, Financial Department, Technology Department, New Product Developing Department, Audit Department, Purchasing Department and Security Department.

It has 10 subsidiary companies and 4 divisions: Sino- America Highland Shengli Company, Hui Sen Machinery Company, Drilling Pipe Company, Pump Company, Continuous Sucker Rod Company, PVC Pipe Company, Chemical Company, Machinery Engineering Company, Petroleum Engineering Company and Trade Company, Drilling Rig division, Tubing Division, Sucker Rod Division and Automobile Repairing Division. It has 1300 employees and 200 of them have college education background, a Ph. Doctor, 7 Masters of Engineering and 30 graduated students joined the Technical Department.

Their main business is to develop, manufacture and sell petroleum machinery, now they have 15 series of products in 4 classes: Drilling machine (include drilling rigs, drilling pipe, tubing, down hole screw motor, top drive machine), oil extraction machine (include Rotaflex pumping unit, PC pump, ESPCP, tubing pump, sucker rod, continuous sucker rod and high torque sucker rod), oil/gas transportation machine (include surface PC pump, reinforced compound pipe) and chemical products ( Polyacrylamide). In the year 2002, we got the ISO 9001:2000 and API Spec Q1(7) Quality Management System Certificates, and pumps, drill pipe, casing, tubing got the API monogram licenses.

RG Perto-Machinery Group Co., LTD is another of our working partners in the supply of oil drilling rigs and extraction equipment. They provide skid-mounted drilling rigs to Hitor as well as fully mobile units mounted on truck frames. The RG equipment ranges include 10 models with drilling depth capacities from 1,600 feet to 23,000 feet in a variety of configurations including customized applications.
